iOS jailbreak maestro, Luca Todesco, has announced that next yalu jailbreak will be the yalu1011, which will be the updated version of current yalu102 jailbreak, and it what’s more it will arrive with support for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus devices but will work only on those devices that are running on iOS 10.1.1 firmware version.
Some may find the last bit, which states that the jailbreak solution will work only on iOS 10.1.1 version, bit of a letdown. But consider the update yalu jailbreak exploit will be a much more stable version, with the support for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, it may not be as bad as it looks.
yalu102 jailbreak for iOS 10.2 is in its 7th beta, with each successive beta version bringing more stability to the iOS jailbreak than the previous version. yalu102 beta 7 users should be able to enjoy relatively stable version of the latest iOS jailbreak, which offers support for all 64-bit Apple devices except the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus models. Folks behind yalu jailbreak deserve credit for achieving the feat in such a short time. You might remember the previous Mach Portal + Yalu jailbreak for iOS 10.1.1 did offer support for the iPhone 7/7 Plus, but that jailbreak was mostly unstable and directed mainly towards developers.
Like noted above, that the Mach_Portal + Yalu jailbreak solution featured support for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus powered by iOS 10.1.1 version, which means the latest announcement regarding the yalu1011 jailbreak coming with support for iOS 10.1.1 running iPhone 7 & 7 Plus indicates yalu will offer identical level of tweaks and stability fixes for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus which was not available on the recently released iOS 10.2 compatible yalu102 jailbreak.
It would be premature to expect drastic shift in performance levels with this yalu1011 jailbreak on iPhone 7 & 7 Plus, but it does bring better experience that’s proven to be working just fine in the latest testing along with better stability fixes compared to the previous mach_portal + yalu jailbreak.
The announcement was made by @qwertyoruiop on his Twitter account.
Things are rather less clear as to whether Luca is working on releasing the updated version of already available yalu102 jailbreak, or he will roll out stand-alone yalu1011 with updates and support for additional devices. For now, it can be said with confidence that a more stable iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak dubbed yalu1011 is about to release with support for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus devices. As soon as more information becomes available on the matter, we will let you know here, so stay tuned.
