Google new smartphones, the Pixel and the Pixel XL, were launched back in October replacing successful Nexus lineup of Google devices. Both Pixel and Pixel XL came with tons of Google exclusive content, including Pixel launcher, Google Assistant, camera app, and Live Earth Wallpapers among many other interesting features. Google went to great lengths in order to ensure that the wallpapers for its Pixel and Pixel XL devices are unlike ever seen on any other smartphone. To accomplish that, they entered into a partnership with creative design agency call B-Reel to create mesmerizing wallpapers for its Pixel devices. Google Pixel Live Earth Wallpapers are designed using Google Earth’s HD satellite images with a 3D parallax effect that changes as you change screens. Finally, these stunning Live Earth Wallpapers can now be downloaded and installed on other devices as well. Google Pixel Live Earth Wallpapers Can Now Be Downloaded On Other Android Devices
Thanks to an XDA member Pranav Pandey who transferred the Live Earth Wallpapers into a format which makes it possible to download and install them on any Android device running on Marshmallow or later. All wallpapers should work on your Android device with an exception for Your World, Solar System live earth wallpapers, which only works on Android devices with ARM64. This is because devices without ARM64 architecture lack libgeswallpapers-jni.so library needed to run the wallpaper. Also, note that on some Android Nougat powered devices the live earth wallpapers close unexpectedly.
