Step 2 – Once the download is complete, do not install it yet. Just leave the image file as it is in the Applications folder.

Step 4 – Next, you will be prompted to enter your Mac’s administrator password and login detail and hit enter.
Step 5 – Now wait as the Terminal command executes on your Mac and does its thing in the background. Do not touch anything. Entire command execution process normally takes around 15 – 20 minutes, depending on the speed on your Mac. When complete, you will see ‘Done’ at the bottom to indicate that the drive has been created successfully.
Step 6 – That’s it.
