1 – On your Windows PC, go to the Settings app.
2 – Head over to Accounts > Family & other people.
3 – On the right pane, under Other people, click on Add someone else to this PC option.
4 – Next, in the following window that shows up on your screen, select I don’t have this person’s sign-in information, followed by selecting the Add a user without a Microsoft account option.
5 – Give any name to a new user account that you are prompted to create. Enter username, password in relevant fields. Hit Next when done.
6 – Back in the Settings app, go to Family & other people and find the newly added account in the Other people section. Select it and then click the Change account type button just below it.
7 – Click on the drop-down box and change the account type to Administrator and then select OK to exit.
8 – Log out from the currently signed in account. Then, re-sign into Windows 10 using the newly created account.
9 – That’s it.
